Refund and Cancellation Policy
To complete your registration, you'll need to make the payment via the online payment gateway available at ciice.org/finalizar-pago or through a bank transfer. Once your payment is processed, you'll receive your invoice at the email address you provided. This is why it's crucial to submit your duly completed registration form, including all necessary billing information. Please note that refunds will only be issued if the congress is canceled. Return, cancellation, reimbursement and/or cancellation policies
It is necessary to make the payment through the online gateway enabled at ciice.org/finalizar-pago or through bank transfer. Once the payment has been made, the sender will receive the corresponding invoice at the e-mail address provided. For this reason, the registration document must be duly completed and include the invoicing data. The amount will only be refunded if the congress has to be cancelled.
