Types of Certificates – CIICE 2025

Official Certificates Issued by the CIICE 2025 Academic Committee

1. Certificate of Acceptance

It will be issued for each accepted paper, once it has been evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Requirement: At least one of the authors must have completed the registration payment.

2. Certificate of Paper Presentation

It certifies that a paper was effectively presented during the Congress.
Requirement: The presenting author must be registered and have delivered the corresponding presentation.

3. Certificate of Attendance

It certifies general participation in the event.
Requirement: Formal registration, payment of the registration fee, and verified attendance (virtual or on-site, according to the registered modality).

4. Certificate of Participation in the Scientific Committee

Exclusive for members who actively participated in the proposal review and evaluation process.
Requirement: Official Confirmation of Academic Reviewer Participation.

5. Certificate of Participation in the Organizing Committee

Awarded to official members of the CIICE 2025 organizing team.
Requirement: Institutional confirmation of functions performed during the congress.

Important Notes

• All certificates are issued in digital format, with electronic signatures

• Certificates will not be issued for accepted proposals that have not been presented.

• No post-acceptance modification of the order or number of authors on submissions is allowed.
