Importante:
Before registering, make sure you have: submitted your article proposal y haber recibido la confirmación de aceptación por correo electrónico.
La inscripción está reservada para personas con ponencia aceptada o que deseen asistir como oyentes.
🗓️ La fecha límite para completar tu inscripción es el 13 de octubre de 2025.
If this step is not completed on time and in the correct manner, it will be understood that you are withdrawing your participation in CIICE 2025.

Información adicional
Each author can participate in a maximum of three presentations with a single registration.
It will be issued a Certificate of Presentation only to authors who are properly registered and have completed the registration payment, and provided they have effectively presented their paper during the Congress.
It will be issued Certificate of Attendance to registered authors who have paid the corresponding registration fee and attended the event.
It will be issued a single Certificate of Acceptance for each accepted and presented paper, provided that at least one of the authors has completed the registration and payment process.
Once proposals are accepted, neither the order nor the number of authors can be modified.
No certificate will be issued for any accepted paper that was not presented during the Congress.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
To complete your registration, you'll need to make the payment via the online payment gateway available at ciice.org/finalizar-pago or through a bank transfer.
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive your invoice at the email address you provided. This is why it's crucial to submit your duly completed registration form, including all necessary billing information.
Please note that refunds will only be issued if the congress is canceled.

Return, cancellation, reimbursement and/or cancellation policies
It is necessary to make the payment through the online gateway enabled at ciice.org/finalizar-pago or through bank transfer. Once the payment has been made, the sender will receive the corresponding invoice at the e-mail address provided. For this reason, the registration document must be duly completed and include the invoicing data. The amount will only be refunded if the congress has to be cancelled.
